We're excited to be using our new reservation system, CourtReserve. Members can download the CourtReserve App on IOS or Android and follow the instructions below to get started.

Signing up for your account will only take you a few minutes. You do not need to put your member number on the form if you don't know it. If you happen to know it, go ahead and fill it in. For family memberships, only one member should sign up for the family and then you can add on the rest of the family members once you've created your family account. Please note for families, if both adult members in the family wish to receive all communications from the club, sign up both as primary when it gives you the option. If one adult does not want to receive anything, choose either spouse or "other adult". There is an option for children as well, they will not receive communication from the Club.

If you are not 100% sure what your membership type is, please check with our pro shop before continuing.

No one should check the gender selection.

First, look for the Court Reserve App on your mobile phone in your App store. It will look like this: (only smaller!)

Once you download the app you will select Join Organization, then you will search for our club, Racquet Club of St. Petersburg. Then choose join and you can start creating your account. You will need to set up your user name (email) and create a password. Next you fill out the few simple requirements, name, address, phone number and email. This is where it will ask you your membership type. The last requirement will be for you to accept our facility waiver at the bottom of the form  where there is a toggle button to accept. It may ask you if you're a robot. This should complete your process.

Your home page will then open with your name and a place to make reservations. The first time you make a reservation it will ask you to sign the waiver. You will only have to do it the first time.

If you already have Court Reserve on your phone with another club, go to My Organizations on your home screen and search for Racquet Club of St Petersburg and continue from there. If you don't see My Organizations on your home screen, go to the bottom right of your screen and click on the 3 dots and you will have more options pop up including My Organizations. Once you've added on RCSP, you can set your preference of which Club you want the App to default to but can always pull up any that you are signed up with.
